Types of Massage

• Swedish Massage - relaxation with a light touch and long flowing strokes

• Therapeutic Massage - more firm pressure from medium to deep pressure addressing the muscles th0roughly while still allowing the client to relax

• Integrated Body Work - is the practical applications of numerous hands on techniques to treat a clients specific areas of dysfunction during a session

• Cupping Massage- is silicone cups that uses reverse pressure to allow blood to flow around the muscle to allow it to relax

• Hot Stone Massage - uses hot stones comfortably hot to the touch to soothe your muscles and allow you to relax more fully 

• Myofascial Release - releases the connective tissue to allow muscles to fully lengthen and relax

• Pregnancy Massage - for the mother to be, relaxation and release tight muscles due to pregnancy

• Lymphatic Drainage - reduces swelling and inflammation for pre and post-surgery as well as for people with poor lymphatic function

• Reflexology - foot massage that is an ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body. 

Every massage is customized to your needs.  Be sure you allow yourself enough time when scheduling.  Your massages is the full hands on time, if you schedule 60 minutes you get a full 60 minute massage. That doesn't include getting on the table and off.  When you arrive for your massage you will have an opportunity to discuss what type of massage you need and may decide at that time.  When scheduling please note there is a slight higher fee for Pregnancy Massage and Myofascial.   We also have a 24 hour cancellation fee.  So make sure to remember your appointments to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.  The missed appointment fee is the full fee of the service.  massage, roswell massage, swedish massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage.
