Interesting fact that we don't think of or even realize is:

We cannot tickle ourselves.

I know one of the most common comments I get during a massage is I didn't even know that spot was sore or sensitive there. Knowing your body on a regular basis can be important in knowing what your normal is. You can head off possible health issues or injuries by having this information. By getting a massage at least quarterly you get to know your own body, you know what areas might need more attention by stretching, or building up strength and balancing your muscles for better function. Massages aren't just a luxury but a part of your healthy lifestyle regimen.

Knowing your body is key to your health and well being.
